VENDOR UPDATES 2010
08/23/10 PROMO FLYER: Attached is Promotional Flyer #1 (8x10). Please print, duplicate and share with your clients, family and friends. If you would like the committee to mail you copies of the flier, please send us an email. We will post the Quartersheet Flyer (4 to a page) shortly.
08/23/10 MADE IN HAWAII: Congratulations on what appeared to be a successful Made in Hawaii Festival!
08/17/10 BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS/REQUESTS: As a reminder, the Vendor Committee will do its best to accomodate booth location requests but can only do so on a first-come, first-served, as available basis. You should write your special requests on your application when it is first submitted.
08/02/10 INCREASED OPERATING EXPENSES: A few crafters have noticed that the price of booth space located on Waialae Avenue has increased by $10 this year (from $100 to $110). While the CKK Committee is committed to keeping costs to vendors reasonable, we are regretably faced with increased operating expenses and decreasing grants. The cost to close Waialae Avenue is significant. Generally, however, booths located on Waialae Avenue enjoy increased foot traffic and higher sales. The cost for booth space on Kaimuki Park has not changed. Thank you for your understanding.
06/29/10 PLEASE REFRESH YOUR BROWSER: It has come to our attention that some vendors who have visited this website have not been able to see the most recent updates to the site. We believe this is an issue with your browser. To solve the issue, please remember to "refresh" this site each time you visit it. INTERNET EXPLORER USERS: In your browser, go to "Tools", "Internet Options", "Browsing History", under "Settings" you must select "Temporary Internet Files" and select "Check for newer version of stored pages -- Every time . . .."
06/08/10 IMPORTANT REMINDERS: First, please remember to complete the entire application. Incomplete applications will only cause delays and you will loose any special request priority while we wait for you to complete your application. If you have any questions on the application, please email your questions to info@celebratekaimuki.com and we will do our best to get you a quick answer.
Second, [applies to CRAFTERS] -- even returning crafters must submit pictures and a SASE with their applications. The pictures should be in color. Color pictures printed from your personal computer will be accepted. An application will be considered INcomplete without pictures. Please understand that the CKK Committee consists of 24 volunteers and that the volunteers change year-to-year. The CKK Committee cannot be responsible for retaining/finding pictures from prior years.
Third, please be aware that while we will do our best to accomodate "same booth as last year" type requests, the booth layout configuration may change from last year. If so, we will try to locate you as close as possible to the area requested (subject to special request priorities).
05/26/10 APPLICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE: Applications for this year's event are now available. Please note that applications will be reviewed and acted upon on as they are received (ie. on a "rolling" basis). Click HERE for the application.

8/27/07 SPECIAL REQUESTS AND ACCOMODATIONS. The Celebrate Kaimuki Committee will make every effort to accomodate participants in terms of booth selection. It may not, however, be possible to satisfy all requests. Additionally, all booth placement is subject to Park and City and County rules as well as the general Committee guidelines. 7/19/07 FOOD VENDOR TEMPORARY FOOD ESTABLISHMENT PERMIT: Approved Temporary Food Establishment permits and site plans are due on August 31, 2007. Because of the need to submit additional park use permits, this deadline was moved forward from the original date of October 1, 2007.
7/16/07 FOOD VENDOR OVERLAP: The Vendor Committee wishes to prevent the substantial overlap of food offerings. If there is a conflict between the items Food Vendors wish to offer, the Food Vendor who submitted its approved application earliest will be given preference.
